Stacked vocals that switch between lead singers from song to song make the whole thing feel like a group sing-along, like maybe you're going to get the mic for the next song. But don't worry, you already know the lyrics. You've been in the rat race your whole life.
Glamper performs “Take Your Cat Back” on the season 3 finale of the Mars Variety Show hosted by actor Jason Marsden
”A relentless good time!”
With crunchy distorted guitars and arena-rock size riffs, it is safe to call Glamper a power trio.
The good news is that Glamper is here to help you through those uncomfortable moments with “Lose My Cool.” The new single is a steady-rocking anthem for those of us who have ever struggled to get it together around the object of our affection, complete with crunchy guitars that add some grit to this highly-accessible pop rock tune.
Ten points for the lyrical misdirect, ten points for absurdity and twenty more for keeping the track in a catchy groove for the duration.
Glamper are successfully making some enjoyable rock and roll with a healthy dose of silliness that comes as an opportunity to enjoy yourself for a few fleeting moments. Soak it in.
This is a riffy party rock anthem paying tribute Jeff Goldblum, Samuel L. Jackson, Newman, that spitty dinosaur, and all the rest of the cast of the 1993 classic.
With a great riff and clever lyrics, Glamper’s “Life Finds a Way” lives in an interesting world between a tongue in cheek send-up and a sincere tribute to everybody’s favorite Spielberg dinosaur movie Jurassic Park.
This garage rock band has an uncanny knack of producing guitar-driven, power indie tunes that just weasel their way under your skin.
This tune covers the love n’ loss relationship with partying and drinking all night… waking up to find that life is never dull and something is always left behind… This is at the heart of rock and from what I can tell, the heart of Glamper.
‘Drunk And Scrooge’ is a punk and rock laced middle finger to the norm. A middle finger to the normal ravage of a life that we live. The debut single from GLAMPER is riotous fun where anything will go, as long as you’re along for the ride. No skipping town in the middle of the ride through the desert of musical notes. You sit there and listen. Let the spear pierce your noggin. Let the holiday feelings well up and make it your own. It’s the most commercial part of any year, and GLAMPER wants to ‘Scrooge’. Will you be their next victim? Hope so. GLAMPER is a band based in Nashville, TN.
The album kicks off with Glamper's "Drunk and Scrooge". This is apparently their first ever release and they do not hold back. This is good old fashioned raucous Garage Rock, but with the energy of Punk on a caffeine binge. "Drunk and Scrooge" has the potential of absolutely destroying sales of 5 Hour Energy. There aren't nearly enough Christmas songs that rock this hard. Hell, there aren't nearly enough songs of any kind that rock this hard. "Let's all get drunk and Scrooge".
